Tony Price


Interim Chief Executive

Tony Price is a highly accomplished Director with extensive international operating experience in enhancing business performance, developing markets and establishing new organisations and joint ventures. Track record includes:

Heading the start-up of Texaco's downstream operations in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, including carrying out a total strategic review of all potential business opportunities.

Leading the negotiations, which culminated in the formation of a JV with a leading Russian oil company. Subsequently creating the structures, operational procedures and marketing policies for the new business, which will build on the strengths of both Texaco and its local Partner.

Providing the sales and marketing expertise to develop Caltex Oil in Thailand, leading the business from under achievement to success. Tackling critical aspects of the business including long-term strategy, prioritising investment, enhancing brand image, developing marketing skills and recruiting and training quality staff.

Refocusing strategies and enhancing operations of Texaco's subsidiary in Ireland to realise the full business potential.

Providing the strategic and hands-on leadership of Texaco's UK marketing network. Directing the sales and marketing of the total product range through 1000 retail outlets and the distributor, commercial and industrial sectors.

Tony joined Vistage International in February 2008 as Interim Chief Executive.  With a remit to expand UK and Ireland market penetration and increase Vistage's marketing focus, he will drive a three-year business plan to aggressively grow the current UK and Ireland Vistage chairmen and membership populations.

 

Jacqui Winstanley


Operations Manager

Jacqui Winstanley joined Vistage International in 2000. She brought with her a wealth of experience in marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Her role as Business Fulfilment Leader includes responsibility for ensuring that all UK members receive a first class service, fulfilling their investment expectation. Vistage International EMEA has an extremely good record in retaining its members, which in part is down to the excellent service that Jacqui’s team delivers.

Also within the remit of the department is the recruiting and on-going development and support of the chairmen operating throughout the regions. This is a crucial element to the department and ensures that the chairmen can focus on delivering the service to members, confident in the knowledge that support is there for them at Vistage Central.

The Business Fulfilment team is also responsible for the management of the speaker resources which provide the Vistage groups with expert professional advice covering a whole range of business and personal development topics, supply practical tools and learning experiences.

Lorna Barker


Finance & HR Manager

Lorna Barker has been responsible for the finances and HR function at Vistage International since October 2000.

She has overall responsibility for the management of financial reporting and management accounts, ensuring all member and chair financial enquiries are handled effectively. Lorna also liaises with external auditors and advisors to ensure compliance with UK finance and HR regulations.
