Vistage offers new Group Chairmen an in-depth training programme to ensure their groups are started successfully, as well as regular follow-up training thereafter. Training varies by country so please contact us for details.

Studio VI
Our new highly acclaimed Studio VI programme is a multimedia experience, designed to equip new Chairs with the knowledge, tools and skills needed to be a highly successful and confident Chair.
This includes all aspects of successfully recruiting members for their groups, running outstanding meetings and delivering maximum value in the one-to-one coaching sessions. Role play with high quality feedback and group bonding exercises form an integral part of the process.
Group Formation
During the training, new Group Chairs learn effective strategies that enable them to market and fill their groups. It is designed to outline the tools and develop the skills needed to successfully introduce Vistage to prospective members. The session is highly experimential and uses role-playing and feedback sessions as the primary learning techniques. Group Chairsexperience a Vistage marketing event, review the procedures and discover how the Group Chair impacts the level of success achieved at the event. The Group Chair learns how to apply a system for identifying, tracking and following up with prospective members and referrals, as well as how to select appropriate candidates to become Vistage members.
Group Leadership
The Group Leadership sessions are designed to assist Group Chairmen to significantly enhance the quality and depth of their members' experience in both one-to-one's and group sessions. This workshop explores ways to strengthen the Group Chairman/member relationship and bridge the gap between the one-to-one and the group process by emphasizing the Group Chairmen’s role around questioning, empathy, confrontation, listening and non-verbal communication. Group Chairmen explore ways of energising various kinds of Vistage meetings by learning to improve meeting logistics, energy, issue discussions and problem solving.
