Roger Bailey

Dr. Roger Bailey is Associate Dean of Executive Education and Centers and a faculty member in Marketing at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. After earning a master’s degree in mathematics and beginning his career teaching mathematics and statistics at Northern Arizona University, he completed a Ph.D. in economics at Vanderbilt University. Since joining Fisher in 2013, Roger has taught extensively across undergraduate, graduate, and executive programs in marketing research, pricing strategy, forecasting, and managerial economics. A passionate educator, he has advised more than 40 undergraduate honors theses through the Honors Contract Program and served as Academic Director of the Full-Time MBA program through a major curriculum redesign and the launch of a STEM-designated specialization. His work integrates economic theory, behavioral insights, advanced modeling, and emerging AI tools to improve product design, pricing decisions, and data-driven business strategy.
